Not all cleaning tasks can be solved with standard processes and commercially available equipment. We solve special cleaning problems either by adapting or modifying standard equipment or, if necessary, by developing a new cleaning process or designing a completely new cleaning system.<\/p>

The examples presented here are each suitable for the intended cleaning task \u2013 which probably does not correspond to the reader's problem.               Der mobile Anodenkorb-Sp\u00fclr\u00fcttler MCD-240-SPRG-4 vereinfacht die aufwendige Prozedur der Reinigung von Nickelpellets in den Anodenk\u00f6rben f\u00fcr die Matrizenproduktion f\u00fcr optische Medien. Das Umf\u00fcllen und Reinigen der Nickelpellets in Wasch\u00adwannen (z.B.
              Reinigung mit Hochdruckstrahl) entf\u00e4llt vollst\u00e4ndig. Die komplett gef\u00fcllten Anodenk\u00f6rbe aus Titan werden in den Halter des Sp\u00fclr\u00fcttlers eingeh\u00e4ngt und vollautomatisch in kurzer Zeit gereinigt. Gleichzeitig werden die Nickel\u00adpellets neu verdichtet und so eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige
              Packungsdichte im Anodenkorb erreicht. Nach der Reinigung und Verdichtung m\u00fcssen nur noch entsprechend dem Materialverbrauch neue Nickelpellets nachgef\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>
